All Lighted Coconut palms are very easy to
assemble. Call for quotes on sub contracted installation. The
following instructions do not document the installation for the
fireworks display trees.
The included manual in the shipping container is the same for all sizes
of lighted palm trees and provides extensive detail. The 18 through 30ft have a j hook assembly that has to be installed in the ground with cement and the stock assembled and hardwired
to a 110 volt source. The 18ft to 30ft trees need at least a 20 amp breaker
for proper operation.
*8ft & 11.5ft comes with stalk already assembled and wired for plug
in*
1) Just set the bottom of the tree on cement or wood deck and drill 3 half inch holes.
2) Then pound in extrusions bolts (included) and tighten the bolts till expanded in cement tight, For wood decks and portable deck use half inch bolt and nut.
3) Now set out your palm leaves and start with the top leaves (A) Match to (A) on stock and plug in to matching color connector, now put screw (included) through back of leaf and tighten with bolt. Continue with (B) & (C)
4) Take your coconuts and wrap the connector wire around a
leaf and plug in to orange connector, there are additional wires for extra support that need
to be wrapped around the back of leaf and tied tightly.
5) Open the bag of coconut hair and stuff the top of the tree using all the hair to hide all wiring, then take copper wire (included) tie to back of one leaf and wrap around and around the hair pulling tightly to hold in the hair and tie the end around a leaf.
6) Now just plug it in, stand back and marvel at the beauty of
your lighted palm tree!
